SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped only upon payment confirmation regardless of the payment method used. Shipping days are Mondays-Fridays only. Orders placed during weekends or official non-working holidays are sent on the next business day.
We are not responsible for any customs fee , tariffs, taxes, duties, and other similar fees in international shipping destinations.
Each country implements its own customs and trade laws. We are not liable for confiscated products as a result of these laws. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders based on the tracking details we provide. On the otherhand, our customer service team is always availble to respond to any shipping and delivery issues.
International shipping transit times may vary due to conditions beyond our control. We are not held liable for delays in shipping times arising from peak seasons, natural hazards or other acts of God, accidents, social and political disturbances, and other similar conditions.
Cancellation and Return Policy
cancellation of orders must be done within 24 hours of payment receipt. All funds received excluding PayPal Fees, Bank Transfer Fees, or other Money Transfer Fees will be fully refunded within 5 business days.
Cancellation of orders received after more than 24 hours of payment receipt will be considered sold.
We are not responsible for product orders shipped and are confiscated or seized by the destination country's customs as a result of the destination country's customs or trade laws. In such case, the customer may send the product back to us together with the proof of confiscation or seizure and we will issue a refund. Refunds excluding shipping and handling fees, are processed within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product. Tampered products, broken seals, or incomplete package are not eligible for refund.
Customers are responsible for providing us the correct shipping details. Return To Sender or RTS items due to non-existent/wrong address, unclaimed, unknown person/addressee, destination not reachable or other official RTS reasons will be shipped again provided that the customer pays the applicable reshipping fees.
